玻璃钢电缆桥架施工准备之操作工艺

Operational Technology for Construction Preparation of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Cable Bridge Frame

一、划线定位

I. Scribing and positioning

根据设计图或施工方案,从玻璃钢电缆桥架始端至终端(先干线后支线)找好水平或垂直线(建筑物如有坡度, 玻璃钢电缆桥架应随其坡度),确定并标出支撑物的具体位置。

According to the design drawing or construction plan, find the horizontal or vertical lines from the beginning to the end of the FRP cable bridge (trunk line before branch line). If the building has a slope, the FRP cable bridge should follow its slope to determine and mark the specific position of the support.

二、固定件安装

II. Fixture Installation

1. 采用直径不小于 8 ㎜的圆钢自制或选用成品,在土建结构,施工中划定的位置预埋,注意固定牢固,用 胶布包缠螺纹部分。

1. Use round steel with diameter of no less than 8 feet to make or select finished products. Embedded in the position delimited in civil construction, pay attention to fixing firmly and wrap the thread part with rubber cloth.

2. Installation of Metal Expansion Bolts

(1)使用与C15以上混凝土构件及实心砖墙上,不适用空心砖墙或陶粒混凝土砌块等轻型墙体。

(1) Light-weight walls such as hollow brick walls or ceramsite concrete blocks are not suitable for use with concrete components above C15 and solid brick walls.

(2)钻孔直径的误差不得超过+0.5 ㎜~0.3 ㎜;深度误差不得超过+3 ㎜;钻孔后应将孔内残存的碎屑清 除干净。

(2) The error of borehole diameter shall not exceed +0.5~0.3; the error of depth shall not exceed +3; the remaining debris in the borehole shall be removed after drilling.

(3)打孔的深度应以将套管全部埋入墙内或顶板内,表面平齐为宜。

(3) The depth of perforation should be all embedded in the wall or roof, and the surface should be smooth.

(4)用木锤或垫上木块后用铁锤将膨胀螺栓敲入洞内,螺栓固定后,其头部偏斜值不应大于 2 ㎜。

(4) The expansion bolt is hammered into the hole with a wooden hammer or a wooden block pad. After the bolt is fixed, the head deviation should not be greater than 2 feet.

3.预埋铁的自制加工尺寸不应小于 120×60×60 ㎜,在土建结构施工中进行预埋,预埋铁平面应紧贴模板, 并应固定牢固。
